Hello – it’s us!

Husband and wife team Justin and Kelly Markos began their business journey in 2010 with the opening of their first restaurant, Utopia @ Waterfall Gully.

A decade and almost 2000 weddings and events later, the couple heads up a thriving family business that includes two of Adelaide’s most beautiful venues – Utopia and her stunning sister Glanville Hall – as well as Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings and Woody, Wilma, Wilbur & Clementine the Wood Oven Wagons.

Restored from scratch by Justin’s own hands, our four wagons allow Kelly and Justin to take their award-winning team and incredible menus beyond their own restaurants to unique locations, amazing venues and private homes across Adelaide – and beyond.
